Partner Terms

1. Who can take part

Anyone with a Boon account earns as a Friend. Partner status is by application and our approval.

2. What you earn

A share of the net sale (the price minus tax and payment fees) of every payment made by someone who joined through your link or code, for the first 12 months after their first payment, at the rate of your tier when the payment is made. Rate changes apply to future payments only, with 30 days' notice.

3. Who counts as yours

A new account created after visiting your link, or with your code. The first link a visitor used counts. Existing accounts can't be referred.

4. Holds and reversals

Earnings are held for 30 days. Refunds, chargebacks and disputes reverse the related earnings, including after they were paid out, by reducing your next earnings.

5. Using your rewards

Turn available rewards into credits at any time. Cash out from the Ambassador tier, from €50, to PayPal or Wise, paid monthly. You're responsible for your own taxes; we may ask for identity or tax details before paying.

6. Not allowed

• Referring yourself, fake or duplicate accounts, or paying people to sign up without our written OK
• Bidding on "Boon" or close variants in paid search, or posting codes on coupon sites without permission
• Spam, misleading claims about Boon or its prices, or pretending to be Boon
• Hiding that you earn from your link: disclose it the way your local rules require

7. If the rules are broken

We can withhold or reverse the related rewards, and suspend or end your participation.

8. Changes

We can change or end the programme with 30 days' notice. Rewards already available stay yours, except where the rules above were broken.

9. Privacy

You see counts and amounts, never who your invitees are.
